FADP (Federal Act on Data Protection)

The revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/revDSG) is the Swiss data protection law, in force since September 2023. It governs the protection of personal data and sets requirements for transparency, data minimization and technical security measures - particularly relevant for AI systems processing personal data.
