We developed a custom NLP model trained on Swiss contract law. The system automatically recognizes over 200 different clause types and analyzes them for potential risks. The language models understand legal German, French, and English equally well.

Risk Scoring and Prioritization

Each contract receives an automated risk score based on identified clauses, missing standard provisions, and industry-specific compliance requirements. High-risk contracts are prioritized and forwarded to the responsible lawyers with detailed annotations. This allows the legal team to focus on the truly critical points.

Document Management System Integration

The solution was directly integrated into the firm's existing DMS. New contracts are automatically captured, analyzed, and provided with summaries. Lawyers access the AI analysis through an intuitive interface and can provide feedback that continuously improves the system.

Phased Rollout

We started with NDAs and employment contracts as a pilot phase. After validation by the partners, we gradually expanded to lease agreements, supplier contracts, and general terms and conditions. Within three months, the entire firm had transitioned to the new system.
